Privacy Notice

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Controller

ExpanPress is the controller of the personal data it collects directly, such as account, support and access records. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, and by any other reseller enabled for a title, as Merchant of Record. That reseller's privacy policy governs the order and payment data it processes. Contact: support@expanpress.com.

2. Data we collect

We never receive or store your full card details.

3. Purposes and legal basis

4. Sharing

We share data only with: our online resellers acting as Merchant of Record (currently Paddle.com, and others as enabled) to process orders, tax and refunds; infrastructure and service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery); professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. A list of our service providers is available at /legal/providers.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Order, tax and accounting records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Other records are retained only as long as we need them for the purposes in section 3.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for checkout, sessions and security. We also set one preference cookie, ep_marketing_optin, which records your choice about updates. Buy links forward the referral parameters src and dub_id; we keep them in your browser session storage so a purchase can be attributed. You can control cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent. Email support@expanpress.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date.
